In emerging application areas, high-power power fuses can be used in AI servers, photovoltaics, energy storage, charging piles, and industrial control. Fuses can be used in conjunction with components such as precision resistors, or they can be used independently.
Marking Requirements: The marking requirements for fuses in Information Technology Equipment (ITE) shall comply with Clause 1.7.6 of GB4943.1 "Safety of Information Technology Equipment Part 1: General Requirements" (idt IEC60950-1). The purpose is to prevent situations where replacement fuses fail to disconnect the circuit promptly and safely due to differences in voltage specifications, current specifications, fusing characteristics, and breaking capacity, thus failing to provide adequate protection and potentially causing equipment hazards.
