This bolt-type fuse base is engineered for new energy high-voltage DC systems. The housing is integrally compression molded with DMC bulk molding compound, matched with stainless steel bolt clamping structure to realize stable installation and superior electrical conductivity. Equipped with split L-shaped mounting bracket with pre-drilled standard holes, it supports wall-mounted and cabinet installation. Stainless steel bolts, flat washers and lock nuts are included to prevent loosening under long-term vehicle vibration, greatly reducing heat caused by poor contact. Its compact structure saves internal equipment space, perfect for narrow electric control boxes and battery pack assembly.

1.High-Strength DMC Insulated Flame-Retardant Housing The shell is made of DMC unsaturated polyester bulk molding compound with UL94-V0 top flame retardant grade. It features arc resistance, impact resistance and crack resistance, supporting long-term operation under 160℃ high temperature and passes 960℃ glow wire test without open flame, ideal for long-term high-temperature enclosed working environment of vehicles and outdoor charging piles.

2.Low-Loss High-Current Conductive Structure Matched stainless steel clamping bolts offer uniform clamping force and avoid loose connection.
