The fuse element is inserted into the threaded tube within the handle, with the flared cap making secure threaded contact with the handle's grip section. The funnel-shaped cap makes good contact with the threaded tube via its flattened upper end and is secured by a terminal bolt. To install, the handle is inserted into the base, and the handle's locking mechanism is turned to lock the fuse in place.
Fuse Inspection:
① Verify that the rated values of the fuse and the fuse link are compatible with the equipment being protected.
② Inspect the fuse for any external damage or deformation, and check the porcelain insulation for traces of flashover or discharge.
③ Check all contact points to ensure they are intact and tight, and look for any signs of overheating.
④ Check that the fuse's blown-fuse indicator is functioning correctly.
