The NT series fuses are like the "three brothers of fuses" in an electrical system-similar in appearance but each with its own strengths. The NT1 is the basic model with moderate breaking capacity; the NT2 has upgraded arc-extinguishing performance, suitable for typical industrial applications; and the NT3 has enhanced breaking capacity, capable of handling more severe short-circuit conditions. Their sizes are similar to athletic shoe sizes: the NT1 is the smallest, and the NT3 is the largest.

NT2 vs. NT3 Performance Comparison

Breaking Capacity: The NT3 can handle a larger short-circuit current, much like a weightlifter versus a fitness enthusiast.

Size Difference: The NT3 is 15% larger than the NT2, requiring additional space for installation.

Application Scenarios: The NT2 is suitable for the main circuit of a distribution cabinet, while the NT3 is specifically designed for inrush current applications such as motor starting.
