Product Introduction
HongMan RT18Y-125 signal-indicating fuse link is a cylindrical fuse specially developed for RT18W-125 and RT18WY-125 signal fuse holders, fully complying with IEC60269-2 and GB/T13539.2 standards, with full current range from 0.5A to 125A. It adopts ceramic shell and pure red copper melt, filled with 99% high-silicon arc-quenching quartz sand inside, rated AC voltage up to 1140V and rated breaking capacity up to 80kA. It can realize overload & short-circuit protection as well as remote fault signal feedback at the same time, which is an upgraded Low voltage AC fuse link for photovoltaic and industrial power distribution fields.
Different from ordinary non-indicating fuses, this fuse link is equipped with a visible red blown indicator dot on the end cap, the red dot pops up obviously once blown to remind circuit faults. When matched with HM18WY-125 holder, it can output electrical signals synchronously for background monitoring. As a high-performance upgraded replacement of traditional RT18-125 Ceramic Fuse, it breaks the voltage limit of conventional fuses and becomes mainstream AC 1140V PV Fuse widely used in combiner boxes, inverter cabinets and other power distribution equipment requiring fault early warning.
